Annual Certification of Property Registration Information – Enter Property Registration Number

P.L. 2019, c. 202 requires owners of hotels, multiple dwellings, and retreat lodging facilities to annually recertify the property’s Certificate of Registration to ensure the Department of Community Affairs has the most current information.

The fee for annual recertification shall be $25 per building and shall not exceed $100 regardless of the number of buildings.
