Have ready the Notice# or Bill# located at the top of the document
related to the Bill or Inspection you are requesting a hearing for.
If applicable, in PDF format, prepare any document(s) and/or evidence
to substantiate your request for hearing.
From Housing Inspection homepage under General click Search Property.
Search for property using one or more of the following criteria:
Street Number and Name
Select property from the list by clicking the registration number link.
From View Properties Details page click Hearing Request.
NOTE: Confirm owner listed is the legal owner of Property.
Complete the requested data.
NOTE: If applicable, in PDF format, prepare any document(s)
and/or evidence to substantiate your request for hearing and choose
file upload at the bottom of the page.
Click checkbox to certify as either the owner or the owner’s
legal agent that all information is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
